How to earn contingency awards from DWT-Douglas Wheel >>>
A – Bring the form to the event and have a race official verify that you raced with the qualifying products per vehicle type and have 4 DWT decals prominently displayed on your vehicle at that race.
B – Print and complete a W9 form (linked here).
C – Within 30 days of the race, MAIL in the following:
• Your completed W9
• Your completed contingency form
• Proof of purchase
• Photo of the raced vehicle
• Official race results
